Phone support - Perhaps you have a small Access database that you want to develop yourself but are having trouble getting started. Or, maybe you just want to have someone to call when you get stuck on a problem. We can provide the assistance you need to get you started developing your database or to get you going when you come across a problem. This can be done through our phone support to help with those difficult bottlenecks on a one-time basis or ongoing support. The service can be used to provide help during the development process to aid you with a that difficult Visual Basic code or add a new code to solve a specific problem. You may be having trouble with database functions or other operations that slows your development effort. You might even use internal staff and purchase phone support instead of hiring a full time consultant.

Web-Conferencing – We can work with you over the web through our web conferencing service. This works with our Phone Support services to walk you through the process of your problem. We usually talk with you in a phone conference call and all you have to do is simply open a browser window. Then, you type in a code number and password and we are connected. No longer do we tell you what to do, we can just show you how to do it.
