Canceling or rescheduling an enrollment for most classes with less than 7 days notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full class price. THIS INCLUDES NO SHOWS. The cancellation policy for all technical classes including Microsoft Technical MOC, Cisco, Primavera, and CompTIA classes will be 10 business days (or 2 weeks).
Students who have incurred a cancellation fee may enroll in the same class at a later date for no charge provided that their account is current and all invoices have been paid.
Students may “retake” a class that they had previously attended within six months of the original class date provided that their account is current and all invoices have been paid. To enroll in a class as a retake, please contact our customer care department. If a student enrolls as a retake and needs to cancel their enrollment, they may do so without penalty up to two times. Student canceling a retake enrollment three times or more may result in having their privilege of “retaking” that specific class revoked.
It is ExecuTrain's commitment to ensure you receive the knowledge needed when taking the Microsoft technical training course. This guarantee does not apply to general registrations, offers, discounts, or partner delivered courses. Once an employee is registered, there will be no substitutions allowed for any new employee. In other words, if an employee is terminated or is reassigned within the company to a new position, the original employee name cannot be substituted with any new employee.
The WorkSmart registered student can only take classes on the WorkSmart schedule located in Fresno, Irvine, Sacramento, and San Jose. All other classes listed in our schedule will be billed at the regular class price.
