ExecuTrain develops specialized curriculum dedicated to major areas within the IT industry in order to advance the long-term success and growth of the IT industry. In contrast, our many competitors deliver out-dated material they are comfortable delivering. For example, CompTIA updated their A+ curriculum in 2006 to reflect new technologies, yet many of our competitors still deliver the retired material created in 2003 (which separates hardware and software). ExecuTrain certified instructors are recruited primarily for their communication and teaching skills. The caliber of our instructors sets ExecuTrain apart from all others in the training field. Each trainer possesses a blend of education, computer knowledge, business experience, technical expertise, and communication skills. This combination allows our instructors to be highly successful in motivating even the most apprehensive student and assures consistent, personable instruction worldwide.
ExecuTrain is the only computer training company that requires every instructor to pass a rigorous certification program before they can teach any class. Each instructor must maintain a score of 4.3 or higher (using a scale of zero to five) on student evaluations to maintain their ExecuTrain certification and continue conducting classes in the ExecuTrain organization.
