ExecuTrain’s GSA contract - is awarded under the “Schedule 874” GSA procurement pyramid, MOBIS Training Services) reference product classification “Training Aids and Devices”. The General Services Administration Agency approves -or declines- contracts via a screening process that selects vendors who meet their standards of fair and reasonable pricing of product offerings and who meet their reputable, financial and credibility standards. This gives federal procurement representatives, regardless of their unique federal agency, a pre-approved/ ready resource of vendors to purchase “off the shelf” items from. A lengthy formal solicitation process is involved when requesting consideration for a GSA contract award.

Private classes, custom classes, consulting services, Soft Skills courses and Project Management are not part of ExecuTrain’s GSA schedule/contract. (Note: Private classes involve meeting broad diversity of needs. There are varying pc specs, classroom accommodation specs, typically there is at least some course and content customization, at times outsourcing of an appropriate instructor, there may be special set up, or travel, to name a few.) Combine even some of those variances with broad regional economic variances. These work against an “off the shelf” categorization/price model for private classes that can be deemed agreeable by GSA schedule and at the same time will be financially agreeable by all participating ExecuTrain offices.

Private classes can be offered “open market” or “off schedule”. Pricing “open market” allows you to offer a best/better price based on the exact private class needs at hand and accommodates SeaPort-e parameters.
